Men's 4th XI Vs West Bridgford 9 Development

Players having to juggle round with several players having played a previous game. South were slow to start but soon got into the game however some dubious decisions gave WB a number of short corners,2-0 down at half time. Second half was bossed by South playing some good hockey, Max having some good runs. With a good passing routine the ball was crossed into the D for Stan to score. With a good all round performance South pushed for the equaliser,unfortunately it didn’t come,final score 2-1 to Bridgford .

Spectator's point of view:  I arrived 10 mins after the start. Missed WB 2 early goals, and it didn't show that we were 2 down. First half very even, end to end.  Second half South bossed the majority. Good team goal taken well by Stan...unlucky not to come away with a draw. Great to see the youngsters blending in.  Just to say, well done all
